Hi, I'm Ben.
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and I am currently a senior Math major at Middlebury College. I spent my third undergraduate year taking core mechanical engineering coursework at Dartmouth College before returning to Middlebury to complete my degree.
On campus, I work as a tour guide and teaching assistant at the Middlebury Makerspace. I also served as a TA for Ski Fabrication & Design, guiding students through designing and building custom skis from raw materials.
My engineering projects follow a consistent process: identifying a clear design constraint, modeling in CAD, and iteratively prototyping until the hardware performs reliably.
